As an Account Manager (AM), you will be responsible for promoting our complete portfolio of specialty wire and cable products, including related support solutions. You will manage a designated portfolio of accounts within a medium-to-large geographic territory, focusing on both maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying opportunities to develop new ones.
This role is pivotal to driving revenue growth and achieving profitability targets. The ideal candidate is energetic, proactive, and skilled at building and nurturing business relationshipsprimarily through phone-based engagement. Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to prioritize effectively are essential for responding to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

We believe in empowering your future! Work experience needed includes:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or requisite work experience in manufacturing or distribution, preferably electrical/wire and cable.
- Minimum 1 year of Inside Sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated track record of over-achieving sales quotas
- Relationship building and account development skills
- Strong phone presence and experience in a high call volume environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency with corporate productivity tools such Microsoft 365 (PowerBI experience a bonus)
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Possess a valid driver's license and operate a motor vehicle with satisfactory driving records.
