Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions through video conferencing, promoting a safe environment for clients to share their thoughts and feelings.

• Employ solution-focused treatment methods to address the distinct issues of each client, ensuring that therapy is tailored to their individual experiences.

• Create detailed and actionable treatment plans that align with the needs and goals of your clients, utilizing assessments and ongoing evaluations to refine the approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily be stable, low-acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to stress management. By engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds, you will contribute to empowering them to develop skills that will enhance their emotional well-being and overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is required.

• No limitations or provisional licenses and a clean disciplinary record are mandatory.

• Excellent interpersonal skills are crucial, complemented by a strong capacity for empathy and active listening.

• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and strong computer literacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, based on your level of experience and dedication to your work hours. In addition, you will be eligible for a generous sign-on bonus to support your transition into our team. We also offer a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors and a reliable weekly direct deposit schedule to ensure your financial stability.
