Job Summary

Our client, a high-growth brand in Miami, is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the CEO and oversee the day-to-day operations of the executive and family offices. This role will serve as a strategic and operational partner, driving cross-functional initiatives, optimizing executive workflows, and ensuring seamless coordination across business and personal priorities.

The ideal candidate is a highly polished operator with experience supporting founders, CEOs, or principals in fast-paced, high-performance environments. This person should bring exceptional judgment, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex operations with discretion, urgency, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing executive office operations and strategic priorities
• Managing and mentoring executive support staff
• Driving cross-functional projects and operational initiatives
• Partnering closely with leadership on scheduling, communications, and execution
• Coordinating complex travel, meetings, events, and stakeholder engagement
• Streamlining processes and improving operational efficiency
• Supporting select personal and estate-related operations as needed

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives, founders, or principals
• Prior leadership experience managing EAs or administrative teams
• Strong operational, project management, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
• Exceptional communication skills and sound judgment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and productivity tools
