Key Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Occupational Therapist license applicable to school settings
- Previous experience in a school-based OT role is highly valued
- Strong understanding of IEPs and adaptive strategies for children

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify students’ functional needs within the school context
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Deliver direct and consultative OT interventions to promote fine motor skills, sensory processing, and independence
- Maintain thorough documentation of progress, ensuring compliance with all local and federal regulations
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and provide valuable input to multidisciplinary teams
- Educate staff and caregivers on strategies that support students’ participation and success in school activities
