Utilize and access community resources and victim services available About the Presenter Dr. Brooke Jacobs is a certified domestic violence advocate and the owner of Delve, an organizational wellness agency specializing in creating and maintaining psychologically safe environments. With over a decade of experience as a trauma treatment service provider, she facilitates trainings and creates programs focused on reducing secondary traumatic stress, burnout, and turnover. Dr. Jacobs combines her expertise in clinical psychology with her passion for fostering resilient organizations through assessing and improving workplace culture.
