Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical judgment to establish a comprehensive understanding of each individual's psychological state.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address a wide variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans and techniques as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and improved mental wellness.

• Collect and analyze clinical data on treatment effectiveness and client outcomes, contributing to ongoing quality improvement initiatives within the organization.

• Maintain meticulous, accurate, and up-to-date electronic health records to document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop holistic and comprehensive treatment plans that reflect the client's goals and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of three years’ experience in an outpatient mental health setting, showcasing your expertise in providing therapeutic services to diverse populations.

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution, ensuring a strong foundation in mental health theories and practices.

• An active, valid license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania, demonstrating compliance with state regulations and standards.

• A thorough understanding of various mental health conditions, their diagnoses, treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques, enabling you to deliver targeted interventions.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently while managing a flexible schedule to meet client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
