Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges and strengths, utilizing standardized tools and interview techniques.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, employing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that clearly outline goals and therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver coordinated and holistic care for our clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
