We’re looking for a creative, confident, and hands-on Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand, drive engagement, and help shape our go-to-market presence.

What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and business-savvy Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to plan, research, and analyze marketing activities while producing professional, high-quality content that aligns with our business goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on challenges, enjoys working in a fast-growing environment, and values teamwork. It blends creativity, strategy, and execution—perfect for a versatile professional eager to make an impact.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Strong skill in planning, coordinating, and promoting webinars and events
• Assist with public speaking and presenting during webinars, events, and video content
• Work with internal website designer to create and manage website content , including layout, visuals, and copy updates
• Develop and schedule branded content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.)
• Help produce and edit video blogs and customer interviews

·         Collaborate with the internal team to develop and publish customer case studies , including conducting interviews, creating layouts, and designing promotional graphics.

·         Design and execute email marketing campaigns and other targeted communications

• Organize and support events and exhibitions , including booth design and branded materials
• Supervise and mentor marketing interns
• Create visually compelling graphics, slide decks, and promotional materials
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
• Track, analyze and report on marketing KPIs to guide future strategy
• Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to align marketing with business goals
• Ability to travel occasionally for marketing events, conferences, or exhibitions as needed.
• Perform additional marketing-related tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Business, Communication or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing (B2B, SaaS, or ERP industry is a plus)
• Eager to learn, grow, and bring your creative ideas to life in a meaningful way
• Strong planning, research, and analytical skills to support strategic decision-making
• Strong graphic design skills (familiar with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
• Excellent public speaking and storytelling abilities
• Excellent business and professional writing ability for reports, case studies, and marketing collateral
• Ability to balance hands-on creative work with strategic planning
