What You'll Do:

• Provide patient care across medical care, post-surgical, and Intermediate Care units
• Apply nursing process within Oregon State Board of Nursing guidelines
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Assist in patient education and discharge planning
• Respond effectively to patient crises and emergencies
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care
• Prioritize and adapt to quickly changing patient needs
• Demonstrate friendly, helpful attitude and flexibility in assignments

What You Need:

• Valid Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years' hospital RN experience, preferably in med-surg or intermediate care units
• Ability to float between units and handle diverse patient populations
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
