Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $56.95
• Weekly pay via direct deposit

What You'll Do:

• Apply the nursing process in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care in the ER setting
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver effective patient care
• Educate patients and their significant others about diagnoses, treatments, and health maintenance
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in medical records
• Manage and prioritize multiple emergent cases in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
• Support quality improvement initiatives and infection control standards

What You Need:

• Valid Oregon RN license
• At least 1 year of recent ER or acute care experience
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work evenings and adapt to fast-paced emergencies
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred
