What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient care accurately in electronic medical record systems
- Educate patients and families regarding health management and treatments
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed
What You Need
- Valid Oregon RN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a step-down or PCU
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
