• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel file management
• Assist with employee relations issues and day-to-day HR inquiries
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate routine reports
• Support compliance with labor laws, policies, and internal procedures
• Coordinate benefits administration and leave management processes
• Assist with recruitment and hiring logistics as needed Qualifications for the HR Specialist:
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or HR administration
• Working knowledge of HR compliance and employment practices
• Experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
