Sr. Product Marketing ManagerHere's how you'll make an impact on the team:Develop an understanding of document creation and management workflows across business professional segment.Manage offer creation process including partnering with pricing ops and other X-teams.Create business requirements document.Support offer definition and strategy, and defining pricing strategies.Go-To-Market Support.Contribute to launch planning and execution for new offers and features, or new pricing strategies.Collaborate with all marketing and GTM functions to define and implement growth plans and campaignsCraft compelling value propositions and product narratives for Acrobat offers and insure that messaging is clear, differentiated, and resonates across business professional personas and use cases.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and unmet needs.Partner with product, GTM, analytics, and other PMM teams to shape product roadmap and advocate for customer needs.Collaborate and align with cross functional teams, such as B2B PMM marketing, business model strategy, finance, product, program management, pricing ops, etc.Here's what you'll need to be successful in this role:BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent required8 year of experience in product marketing, product management, or strategyStrong critical thinking and analytical skills, ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills with the ability to appropriately communicate with the intended audience, especially executivesProven success in driving and completing complex initiatives such as product launchesProven success in driving cross functional alignment.Ability to handle complex, highly cross-functional projects with a highly matrixed environmentAbility to work with technical teams – can help translate business requirements into technical requirementsAbility to be flexible, adaptable, and think quick on your feet given the fast change in business needsStrong influencing and interpersonal skills, and ability to develop positive relationships with a variety of stakeholdersExcellent documentation skills and high attention to detail to ensure that timelines are met and key issues are managedQuick learner and proactive in solving problemsExperience working in high tech environment or with SaaS and mobile a plus
