KBW Financial Staffing is recruiting for a Payroll Specialist to join a retail/services company in Salem, NH. The company is successful and growing rapidly. Responsibilities Process payroll for up to 2,500 hourly and salaried employees across multiple locations. Use ADP Workforce or similar system; strong Excel and time‑keeping system skills preferred. Support payroll audits, ensure compliance and tax compliance in several states. Make adjustments to benefits, support special projects, withholdings, track time, PTO and provide reporting as needed to internal and external customers. Provide customer service to employees. Pay range: $60,000 to $75,000, based on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
