About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Director/Vice President of Marketing for Rx and OTC. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the overall marketing strategy for near-term launch products, including prescription digital therapeutics and the OTC product line. This role involves defining brand strategy, creating compelling narratives and materials, and leading commercialization and growth marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical marketing, with a focus on launch excellence, and hands-on experience in performance and growth marketing, particularly in the OTC space. Key responsibilities include owning best-in-class marketing campaigns, developing omnichannel and DTC strategies, and overseeing the development of promotional materials. The role also requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, and a strategic approach to market priming for new treatment modalities. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA, PharmD, or MPH preferred, and at least 15 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors. A proven track record in OTC/consumer growth marketing, HCP marketing, and sales is essential, as is a deep understanding of performance and growth marketing channels. The role demands a strategic leader with the ability to conceive and implement multi-dimensional marketing and business plans, and a seasoned professional with a history of building and scaling high-performing marketing teams. Experience in digital therapeutics and commercial functions such as field sales and commercial excellence is a plus.
