Job Summary

A growing healthcare services organization in Shreveport, LA is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer for a full-time, direct hire executive leadership opportunity. This role is ideal for a strategic operations leader who is ready to lead daily business performance, strengthen internal processes, develop high-performing teams, and help guide long-term organizational growth.

The Chief Operating Officer will work closely with ownership and senior leadership to drive operational excellence, financial performance, client satisfaction, and scalable business practices. Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily business operations across multiple departments to improve efficiency, productivity, service quality, and overall performance.
- Develop, implement, and refine operational processes, procedures, reporting tools, and performance standards.
- Partner with ownership and leadership teams to execute strategic plans, growth initiatives, and organizational objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, expense management, financial reporting, and operational performance analysis.
- Recruit, coach, develop, and manage leadership and staff teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to support service excellence and business continuity.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
- Full-time, direct hire executive leadership position.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Direct and oversee daily operations, business performance, and service delivery.
- Lead strategic planning, process improvement, and organizational growth initiatives.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
- Develop leadership teams, improve employee performance, and support organizational accountability.

- 10+ years of professional experience in operations, executive leadership, senior business management, or a related leadership role.
- Must have six consecutive years of work experience with the same company to be considered.
- Proven success in a COO, Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations, General Manager, or similar senior leadership role.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and profitability management.
- Experience managing multiple departments, teams, business functions, and operational priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that improve performance and support growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead change, optimize processes, improve systems, and deliver measurable business results.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience in healthcare services, radiology, diagnostic imaging, or a related medical business environment.
- Strong understanding of operational systems, reporting, compliance practices, and process optimization.
- Track record of building, leading, and retaining high-performing teams in a growth-focused organization.
