Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to support core accounting operations, month-end close activities, reconciliations, reporting, and process improvements. This role is ideal for someone with strong general ledger experience, solid analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Oracle Fusion is preferred but not required. A CPA is a plus, but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including preparing and posting journal entries. Perform account reconciliations, flux analysis, and variance explanations. Maintain and review general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies. Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation for management review. Assist with accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and other recurring accounting activities. Partner with FP&A, operations, payroll, AP, AR, and other teams to resolve accounting issues and ensure timely reporting. Support internal and external audit requests by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries. Help identify opportunities to improve close efficiency, reporting accuracy, and accounting processes. Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls. Use ERP systems to perform accounting tasks; experience with Oracle Fusion is preferred but not required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in corporate accounting or public accounting. Strong experience with month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger accounting. Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control practices. CPA or CPA candidate preferred, but not required. Experience with Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, SAP, Workday, or similar ERP systems preferred. Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a high-growth or multi-entity environment. Familiarity with financial reporting packages and audit support. Experience improving accounting processes or implementing close efficiencies. Public accounting experience is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
