$100,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Role Overview

The ideal Senior Accountant is a resourceful problem solver who will take ownership of critical accounting tasks and ensure the accounting and reporting function scales to support rapid growth. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.

Responsibilities

• Perform day‑to‑day accounting duties in AP, AR, cash management, payroll, FA, GL.
• Assist with the monthly close process by posting journal entries, performing account reconciliations and ad‑hoc financial analysis.
• Build solid working relationships with various groups to ensure high customer service.
• Support projects and ad‑hoc assignments as needed.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of GAAP.
• Experience with standard software solutions preferred: QuickBooks Online, Xero, Netsuite, Bill.com, Gusto, Expensify, Carta.
• Highly detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Fast learner with high professional curiosity and desire to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Enjoy a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Experience working in fast‑paced technology or professional services environment.

Salary Range

Competitive base plus bonus, approximately $100,000 to $115,000 per year plus bonus.
