Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years RN experience (no exceptions)
• 2 years in high-acuity, high-pace environment required
• 5+ years high-risk OB preferred; candidates with 3+ years high-risk considered
• Must provide current supervisory references and 2 clinical references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP
• Preferred certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Advanced or Intermediate
• Key clinical skills:
• High-risk antepartum and intrapartum care
• C-section circulate and recovery support
• Baby nurse/newborn resuscitation and assessment
• Electronic fetal monitoring competency
• Management of hemorrhage, magnesium sulfate, insulin drips, heparin
• Vaginal delivery support, forceps/vacuum experience, APGARs

Compliance / Notes

• Must pass clinical review prior to submission; include proof of required certifications
• Compact state RN license must be in hand at submission
• Proof of current Nursys required with submission
• Two references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Pre-start modules required (average ~16 hours)
• No direct candidate contact with the facility unless coordinated by RN recruiter
