Streamline patient movement by safely guiding individuals through admission, transfer, and discharge processes to create a welcoming, low-stress environment. Act as a vital link in patient safety by observing physical, mental, and emotional changes and immediately alerting the nursing team to maintain proactive care. Ensure seamless care continuity by accurately documenting patient interactions and vital information in official health records. Maintain a safe, healing environment by sanitizing patient rooms, organizing supplies, and ensuring medical equipment is clean, fully stocked, and ready for immediate use. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Nurse Aide credentialed from the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Certified Nursing Assistant credentialed from the state of Wisconsin, and in Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility to work in a hospital setting obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Additional certs may be required by specific job locations. Education High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
