Bilingual Contact Center Representative

To support the IHA Scheduling Team, the full-time Bilingual Contact Center Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule health assessment visits, ensuring excellent customer service in both English and Spanish while working remotely. Key Responsibilities: Answering or making calls to members to book appointments for no-cost In-home Health Assessments Learning about and addressing customer needs, complaints, or service issues efficiently Engaging in active listening with callers and building lasting relationships based on trust and reliability Required Qualifications: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory 2+ years of call center experience in a target-driven environment Experience in an outbound sales process is a plus Proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to type 40 WPM (60 WPM preferred) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
