Must-Have: Experience in assisting with vaginal deliveries and circulating for C-sections. Ability to provide couplet care in postpartum. Comfortable working in an OR suite during C-sections.

Description: The ideal candidate will be part of a dynamic Labor and Delivery unit. The unit comprises antepartum rooms, labor rooms, and triage areas. No on-call duty is required, but the candidate may float to postpartum as needed. Responsibilities include fetal heart monitoring and high-risk pregnancy monitoring. The candidate will also be involved in C-sections and vaginal deliveries. In cases of staffing shortages, involvement in postpartum couplet care will be expected. Interdisciplinary support is available from various services. The hospital serves a diverse patient population and prioritizes patient privacy. Candidates must be responsive to float assignments within the unit and to similar units. All travelers are expected to work as part of a collaborative team and support patient care effectively. Strong communication skills and adaptability are essential for this role. Experience in a similar environment is highly desirable. References that cover recent experience are required prior to starting.
