Estimating Manager – Leading Design-Build Contractor – $150,000 - $200,000

I’m partnering with a top-tier design-build contractor delivering some of the most complex and high-profile infrastructure projects across the DMV . Known for their integrated delivery model and technical excellence, they continue to lead the market across major transit, transportation, and civil works.

They’re looking for an experienced Estimating Manager to lead preconstruction efforts, oversee bid strategy, and manage a team of estimators on large-scale design-build pursuits.

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 (D.O.E)

Location: DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia)

Sector: Heavy Civil / Infrastructure (Transit, Highways, Bridges, Utilities)
