Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Peaceful Paths Therapy, you will be entrusted with a wide range of responsibilities:

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Assess and diagnose a variety of mental health issues including, but not limited to, grief and loss, job stress, family conflicts, and blended family challenges.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client and facilitate their personal growth.

• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create integrated care strategies for clients facing complex challenges.

• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to further refine your skills and knowledge in the field.

Qualifications\n
