Foreclosure Paralegal - Westchester, IL Agility 360 is searching for a Foreclosure Paralegal for a direct hire position with our law client located in Westchester, IL. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth running of the office and utilize effective case management skills. The ideal candidate will have previous default servicing experience and must be self-motivated. This is a full-time, on-site position so reliable transportation is a must. Job Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Foreclosure Manager and Attorneys and enhance office efficiency Handle communication with clients, borrowers, etc Conduct investigations and statistical/documentary research Locate and develop case relevant information Draft and file basic legal documents and correspondence Answer and direct phone calls Maintain up-to-date contact lists Monitor deadlines and navigate multiple calendars Experience 1 - 3 years of Paralegal experience Familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols, and court system Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office Working knowledge of case management software Excellent secretarial and organizational skills Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure Prefer experience in BKFS; TEMPO; ADR; DRA Proficient in running PACER and SCRA Communicate with clients and borrowers, and the Courts File pleadings with the Courts Job Details Direct hire position with our client Pay: based on experience On-site position in Westchester, IL Employment is contingent on passing a background check and drug screening #J-18808-Ljbffr Agility360
