Housing Solutions Case Manager

The Downtown San Diego Partnership is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to assist homeless individuals in finding and securing stable housing. This full-time role focuses on conducting assessments, developing personalized housing plans, and providing ongoing support to clients while advocating for their access to essential services. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in social work or related field, along with experience in housing advocacy.
