As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Access Verification in Alpharetta, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and provide outstanding customer service. You will serve as a visible, approachable presence while reporting security-related concerns and supporting a professional environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of a technology, media, and telecommunications office by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing guests according to site-specific procedures.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor credentials, maintaining visitor logs, issuing badges as authorized, and communicating access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Carry out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Maintain awareness of front desk activity and report unusual conditions, policy violations, and security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
