Key Qualifications:

• Current California licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required for SLPs
• SLPAs welcomed if supervised by a qualified SLP
• Experience in educational or pediatric settings highly desirable
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans for diverse student needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Participate in IEP meetings, developing goals that reflect students' strengths and growth areas
• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Collaborate regularly with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain clear records and progress notes to track student achievements
• Supervise SLPAs in accordance with state requirements if applicable
