Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience delivering SLP services in school-based settings preferred
• Strong familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and documentation
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication challenges among a diverse student population
• Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to educational goals
• Participate in IEP meetings; collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
• Provide consultative support and resources to teachers and families to enhance student outcomes
• Adapt therapy materials and strategies to meet the unique needs of each student
