Medical Education Coordinator

Our client, a medical devices/healthcare company, is looking for a Medical Education Coordinator for their Jacksonville, FL location.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and submitting the documentation for all meetings.
• Reconciling all payments to and from client with outside vendors for programs and meetings.
• Coordinating special meetings and events.
• Working with cadaver vendors to secure resources for labs.
• General clerical duties.
• Total percent should not exceed 100%.
• Individual percent's should be greater than or equal to 5%.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including excellent phone etiquette.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently, handle stressful situations, use initiative and innovation to handle issues and make decisions.
• Previous administrative experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Internet Explorer/Mail/Calendar, Livelink, DCS, Access, Acrobat or Adobe and the ability to learn new software applications.
• Possess a general understanding of client instruments and implants.
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and balance priorities.
• Able to travel and work overtime when required.
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds or more on a non-routine basis.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
