Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, identifying strengths and resources to facilitate their treatment journey.

• Provide therapeutic services, including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop, implement, and periodically review individualized treatment plans, detailing specific therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each client.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure the best outcomes for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and safety planning when necessary to maintain clients' wellbeing.

• Document all client interactions accurately and in a timely manner to comply with ethical and legal standards, ensuring a high quality of care.

• Facilitate multiple group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and shared healing among clients.

Qualifications\n
