Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand patients' needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Providing a variety of psychotherapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques tailored to the client's preferences.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA standards and enhances the continuity of care.

• Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure each patient receives comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will primarily focus on a diverse group of students in school settings, where you will address a wide range of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
