Corporate Associate

A highly regarded corporate practice is seeking a Corporate Associate (1-3 years' experience) to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to develop a sophisticated transactional practice with exposure to a broad range of corporate matters and M&A transactions. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced practitioners and corporate clients on complex transactions from inception through closing. Responsibilities Support mergers and acquisitions transactions throughout all stages of the deal lifecycle Conduct and manage due diligence reviews Draft, review and negotiate ancillary transaction documents Assist with transaction structuring, closing preparation and post-closing matters Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel and transaction teams Support a variety of general corporate and business matters Qualifications 1-3 years of corporate transactional experience with a law firm Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions transactions Strong drafting, analytical and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Strong academic credentials Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Compensation Competitive compensation package Salary range: $210,000-$230,000 , commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package and strong professional development opportunities This is an excellent opportunity for a junior corporate attorney seeking meaningful responsibility, sophisticated deal exposure and long-term growth within a highly regarded corporate practice. #J-18808-Ljbffr Gyoury-Hales Search
