Commercial HVAC Business Development Representative

Crystal Heating and Cooling
Greater St. Louis Area, SEMO, and surrounding communities

Compensation: Base salary plus uncapped commission. Total earning potential may range from $50,000 to $200,000+ annually based on performance , with additional opportunities to earn by generating commercial HVAC replacement business.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday with flexibility for customer meetings and networking

Work Location: In-office with frequent local travel throughout the market

Crystal Heating and Cooling is looking for a motivated Commercial HVAC Business Development Representative to expand our commercial maintenance business throughout the Greater St. Louis area.

This isn't a position where you'll spend your entire day waiting for leads to arrive. We're looking for someone who enjoys getting into the market, meeting people, opening doors, and developing business.

You'll introduce Crystal to local businesses, connect with decision-makers, uncover HVAC maintenance needs, and turn new relationships into long-term commercial customers.

What Success Looks Like

You'll be responsible for building a healthy pipeline of commercial prospects and converting those relationships into recurring business.

That includes:

• Prospecting for new commercial customers throughout the local market

• Visiting businesses and introducing Crystal Heating and Cooling

• Connecting with facility managers, property managers, owners, and other decision-makers

• Identifying preventive HVAC maintenance opportunities

• Presenting maintenance programs and service options

• Preparing proposals and following up consistently

• Networking and developing referral relationships

• Building long-term relationships with commercial accounts

• Identifying equipment replacement opportunities within customer facilities

• Generating additional commercial HVAC opportunities

• Managing your prospect and sales pipeline

• Maintaining relationships after agreements are signed

Who We're Looking For

You may be a strong fit if you have experience in:

• Commercial HVAC sales

• HVAC maintenance agreement sales

• Outside business-to-business sales

• Commercial business development

• Facility services sales

• A related relationship-driven sales environment

Successful candidates will also bring:

• Strong prospecting and networking ability

• Confidence approaching new businesses and decision-makers

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Consistent follow-up habits

• Self-motivation and accountability

• Ability to independently manage a sales territory and pipeline

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

• Ability to work from the office and travel locally

Commercial HVAC experience is highly valued, but we're also interested in proven business developers who know how to create opportunities and build lasting customer relationships.

Your Earning Opportunity

This is a performance-driven position with uncapped commission potential . Depending on experience and fit, compensation may include a base salary plus commission.

Total annual earning potential may range from $50,000 to $200,000+ , with the ability to increase earnings by developing additional commercial replacement opportunities.
