Behavioral Health Clinic Provider Support (CMA/LPN) Job Category: Nursing Requisition Number: BEHAV001631 Posted: May 18, 2026 Part-Time On-site Location Montevideo, MN 56265, USA Job Description POSITION: Behavioral Health Provider Support (CMA/LPN) DEPARTMENT: Clinic HOURS: 64 hours per pay period/ Non-Exempt WAGE RANGE: $25.49 - $32.77 Hourly GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Supporting Behavioral Health by rooming patients, assisting the provider with procedures and treatments, completing a variety of tasks including but not limited to injections, phone communication, patient education, vital signs, chart documentation, quality improvement initiatives and supply management. EDUCATION/TRAINING: High School diploma or equivalent. Graduate of Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse program. Must be certified by the American Association of Medical Assistants or obtain an unrestricted Minnesota Licensed Practical Nurse license. Skills Ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively and professionally. Ability to work well within a team. Good organizational skills. Detail oriented. Computer skills and knowledge of EMR. Experience Previous clinic nursing experience preferred.
