As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries related to their mortgage payments, taxes, and insurance, and providing a positive customer experience. In This Role, You Will: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues with precision and care Assist with administration of single-family home loans with accuracy and efficiency Actively listen to customers, offering education and support to help them navigate their mortgage journey Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and security when handling client information Redirect calls to the appropriate agents, queues, or departments, ensuring seamless communication Other job duties as assigned At our organization, we are dedicated to improving lives and strengthening Idaho communities.
