Seeking an Automotive Sales Manager for Sports & Imports Auto Sales in Marietta, GA!

• Earnings Potential of $180,000/yr! (based on exp/skills)
• Base Pay of $1,750/week! (w/ Auto Sales Mgr Exp) PLUS Commission PLUS Bonus!

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for leading & managing a team of salespeople
• Motivate the team, set sales goals, and close Sales Consultant deals
• Meet company goals and metrics, adhering to a strong CUstomer Centric approach
• Provide reports for management
• Attend meetings as required

What We Seek:

• Minimum 1+ years prior AUTOMOTIVE Sales Manager Experience Preferred
• 2+ Years in ANY industry as a SALES Manager REQUIRED
• Independent or BHPH dealership experience is a PLUS
• Strong Negotiation and Closing Skills
• Experience working with a team and Managing a team
• Strong Customer Service and Excellent Phone Skills
• Strong Communication Skills, both Verbal and Written
• Must be able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to identify issues and create solutions to resolve the issue
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong Organizational Skills and ability to Multitask. Able to use multi-computer applications at once
• Must have a positive, energetic attitude. Personable with great people skills, able to build rapport and relationships to gain referrals from customers
• Bilingual Skills (Spanish & English) is a PLUS
