You will serve as a critical field expert, driving the maintenance, repair, and installation of complex HVAC and refrigeration systems. How You Will Make an Impact

• Maintain, repair, and install complex heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
\n
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in diverse commercial and industrial HVAC/R units.
\n
• Service commercial clients with a positive attitude and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
\n
• Collaborate with field operations teams to optimize equipment efficiency and customer satisfaction.
\n
• Maintain a safe work environment by strictly adhering to company and OSHA safety protocols.

Required Qualifications & Experience

\n

\n
• Proven professional experience working as an HVAC/R technician in commercial or industrial settings.
\n
• Active EPA Section 608 Certification and an OSHA 10 certification.
\n
• Possession of a valid driver's license to operate company service vehicles.
\n
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heavy mechanical and refrigeration hardware.
\n

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

\n
• 2 or more years of dedicated, hands-on commercial HVAC service experience.
\n
• Graduation from a formal trade program or technical certification course like BOCES or an equivalent.
\n
• Strong foundational knowledge of diverse commercial manufacturer HVAC/R systems.
\n
