Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance & Administration the Business Analyst delivers high-quality financial analysis, business intelligence, and operational support across a diverse portfolio that includes real estate, leasing, facilities, planning, design, and construction management. This role is responsible for developing financial reports and presentations, performing process audits, supporting policy and procedure development, and tracking key performance indicators to inform strategic and operational decision-making.The ideal candidate brings strong analytical, technical, and presentation skills, along with the ability to support general administrative and business management functions in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Job Responsibilities:Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations for senior leadershipAnalyze budgets, forecasts, variances, and trends to support strategic planning and operational decisionsDevelop and maintain business analytics, KPIs, and performance tracking toolsSupport financial modeling and scenario analysis related to real estate, facilities, and capital projectsConduct process audits to evaluate efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with policies and proceduresAssist in drafting, reviewing, and updating departmental policies, procedures, and internal controlsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of best practicesTranslate complex financial and operational data into clear, concise presentations and reportsSupport preparation of materials for executive leadership, committees, and other stakeholdersEnsure accuracy, consistency, and professional quality in all deliverablesAssist with general administrative functions related to business management and departmental operationsCoordinate data collection and reporting across real estate, leasing, facilities, planning, design, and construction teamsSupport special projects and ad hoc analyses as assignedPerform other tasks and assignments as required.Key Competencies:Capacity and initiative to function independently, assuming ownership and responsibility and the ability to follow-through on assignments without regular supervision or prompting while providing clear, timely status updates to leadershipLeadership to drive assignments and work collaboratively with diverse, cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives and deliver results.Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail and accuracy with an ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize work, and manage timelines.Proficiency with all the technology involved to communicate and reach our constituents in a manner that is open, accessible, and clear, and manage operations efficientlyDiscipline, maturity, and composure necessary to perform professionally within a demanding environment and navigate a challenging and ever-changing landscape.Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, or related field3 years of experience in business process analysis, financial or data analysis, or related tasks.Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel, Word, and Visio.Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skillsAdvanced technical proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence or analytics toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience creating executive-level presentationsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teamsAttention to detail and high standards for accuracyStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to translate data into actionable insightsProfessional judgment and discretion when handling sensitive informationPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting finance, administration, or operations functionsExperience in real estate, facilities management, planning, design, or construction environmentsFamiliarity with KPI development, performance measurement, and process improvement methodologiesExperience with tableau, financial reporting tools, or data visualization platformsQualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
