Clinical Trial Associate (Study Start-Up Support)
Icon Clinical Research
ICON Strategic Solutions seeks a Clinical Trial Associate to support study start-up activities in a sponsor-dedicated model. The role focuses on vendor management, spreadsheet coordination, and administrative support for clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas.
Responsibilities
- Ensure vendor spreadsheets are completed correctly and processed per study guidelines
- Attend weekly study team meetings to report on vendor spreadsheet status
- Participate in vendor management activities and coordination
- Train others on study administration procedures as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent clinical trial experience
- Clinical trial support experience in CRO or pharmaceutical industry
- Vendor management experience with strong communication skills
- Working knowledge of clinical study processes and ICH/GCP guidelines
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and computer skills
- Ability to multitask in high-volume environment with shifting priorities
