Assistant Food and Beverage Outlet Manager Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Outlet Manager to manage multiple specialty restaurants, coordinate events, and support staffing, scheduling, and training efforts. The position reports to the Director of Food & Beverage. Responsibilities Assist in the daily management of multiple specialty food and beverage outlets. Coordinate special events and ensure high‑quality guest service. Manage staffing, scheduling, and training of outlet personnel. Maintain inventory, quality standards, and operational efficiency. Support the Director of Food & Beverage with reporting and performance metrics. Qualifications Desire to understand and anticipate the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment. Refined verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in general computer use, including point‑of‑sale systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team. Extensive food and beverage knowledge, including wine, spirits, and beer. Hotel experience and thorough understanding of restaurant service. Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Supervisor preferred. Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight and stand/walk for long periods. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills. High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leadership, effective communication, and exceptional customer service. Full‑time management position requiring flexibility, availability on weekends and holidays, and a varied schedule. California Food Handlers Certification required.
