Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and document therapy sessions according to established medical record policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with patient confidentiality standards.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies during urgent mental health situations that require immediate psychological treatment.

• Engage in regular professional development opportunities such as training programs, in-service meetings, and workshops to stay informed of best practices in therapy methodologies and techniques.

• Deliver a variety of therapeutic services including family therapy, individual therapy, psychological evaluations, and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a wide array of clients, including individuals and families grappling with various mental health challenges. You will be trained to perform bariatric psychological evaluations, ensuring your skill set remains comprehensive and applicable to many client situations. You'll also have the chance to participate in periodic therapeutic retreats and activities, enriching your connections with clients and enhancing their experiences through immersive therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• Holding a current and valid LMFT license is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
