Gymsport is looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused individual to become the welcoming face of our facility.

This is much more than a traditional front desk position. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with families, solving problems, staying organized, and helping create an outstanding experience for every child and parent who walks through our doors. You'll be the first person families meet and often the last, which means you shape how they feel about Gymsport.

The Role

You'll welcome families, answer phones, manage customer inquiries, and help families register for classes and special events. You'll follow up with prospective customers, support our birthday party program, promote camps and events, and maintain a clean, professional front desk environment. You'll also track metrics that matter: enrollment growth, customer retention, event participation, and birthday party bookings.

• Comfortable learning and using new software (we're happy to train the right person)
• Excellent at communicating with both children and adults
• Able to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
• Positive, upbeat, and solution-oriented
• Sales-minded without being "salesy" - you help families find what they need
• Available to work evenings (Monday-Friday 3:30pm-8:30pm) and Saturday mornings (9am-1pm)
• Must enjoy working with children and families

Experience

Experience in customer service or hospitality a must. Experience in childcare, education, recreation, fitness, dance, or administrative support is helpful but not required. We are happy to train the right person. What matters more is your attitude, reliability, and willingness to own your role.

Compensation

• $20-$24/hour based on experience and demonstrated competency
