Community Health Centers of America (CHCA) is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team in Placerville, CA. This full-time or part-time role serves residents of Skilled Nursing Facilities with high-quality care. CHCA emphasizes affordable, compassionate care.
