Mission-Driven PA/NP for Community Health (FT/PT)

Community Health Centers of America (CHCA) invites applications for a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to support residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities around Placerville. The role can be full-time (5 days/week) or part-time (3 days/week), delivering patient-centered care in a mission-driven team. The ideal candidate holds California licensure, a DEA registration, and CPR/AED certification, and will document thoroughly while collaborating with a multidisciplinary staff to #J-18808-Ljbffr Community-Health-Centers-of-America
