This position is entirely remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home while staying connected with our interdisciplinary teams. Within this role, you will maintain a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health and substance use issues, specifically focusing on recognizing co-occurring disorders.

• Collaborate with clients to create and refine individualized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based therapeutic interventions and address both mental health and substance use challenges.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing clients’ coping mechanisms, relapse prevention skills, and emotional regulation abilities.

• Work in conjunction with our multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists, to facilitate comprehensive and integrated treatment approaches.

• Monitor clients' substance use, employing motivational interviewing techniques to inspire clients and support their recovery journeys.

• Offer education to clients and their families about the interconnectedness of mental health and substance use disorders, emphasizing the importance of compliance with treatment plans.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of client progress, interventions, and referrals in accordance with established ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in treating co-occurring disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Proven proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices designed for treating co-occurring disorders, such as Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
