Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Fire Alarm & Security Sales Representative to help fuel our continued growth in the fire, life safety, and security industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building trusted partnerships, uncovering new business opportunities, and delivering solutions that make a real difference. Responsibilities

Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of mid-commercial accounts by developing strong customer relationships and identifying new opportunities. Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market presence. Prospect for new business, generate qualified opportunities, and confidently close deals. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and strategic opportunities. Stay current on industry developments, products, and solutions to deliver knowledgeable, consultative recommendations. Represent RapidFire Safety & Security with professionalism and confidence in every interaction with customers and prospects.

Knowledge, Skill & Other Requirements

3 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the fire, life safety, security, or a related industry. Commercial Systems Integration knowledge of Access Control, Video Surveillance and Security Systems products and applications. Experience or strong interest in security and fire alarm solution sales to End Users and General Contractors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and lasting relationships. Proven sales, negotiation, and closing skills. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
