How You'll Make an Impact Serve as the trusted advisor for your client portfolio so organizations look to you for strategic guidance, not just annual renewals. Lead the renewal process from planning through presentation so clients clearly understand their options, costs, and long-term benefits strategy. Develop customized employee benefits solutions that align with each client's business objectives, workforce needs, and financial goals. Partner with Benefit Analysts and Benefit Advocates so every client experiences proactive, seamless service throughout the year. Advocate for clients with carriers, TPAs, and vendor partners so challenges are resolved quickly and opportunities are fully leveraged. Translate complex compliance requirements and legislative changes into practical guidance so employers can make informed, confident decisions. Lead employee open enrollment meetings, webinars, and educational sessions so employees understand and appreciate the value of their benefits. Identify opportunities to strengthen client programs through voluntary benefits, innovative solutions, and ongoing strategic recommendations. You’re energized by continuous learning and stay ahead of industry trends, compliance changes, and emerging benefit solutions. What You Bring Your Background Experience in employee benefits consulting, account management, business development, or another client-facing employee benefits role. Typically build through 2+ years experience. Strong understanding of employee benefits plan design, carrier products, and compliance requirements. Experience managing multiple client relationships while balancing competing priorities and deadlines. Strong presentation, communication, and project management skills. Valuable Additions Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Experience presenting executive-level renewal strategies and benchmarking analysis. Knowledge of ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and other employee benefits regulations. Experience working with CRM systems and benefits administration technology. Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC) designation or other industry certifications. Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits. The salary analysis considers relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
