Key Responsibilities:

Education and Experience:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required. Candidates from non-accredited programs must have at least five years of acute care nursing experience or hold an advanced degree from an accredited institution. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred or required within five years of hire; enrollment in an accelerated MSN program is also acceptable.

Licensure and Certifications:

Current active Registered Nurse licensure is mandatory. Area-specific certifications such as ACLS, BLS, PALS, or specialty certifications are required or to be obtained upon hire. This position offers a first shift schedule with 36 hours per week in a supportive and growth-oriented environment serving the broader Midwest region.
