Job Summary: Provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered nursing care in a dynamic environment that upholds professional nursing standards and fosters relationship-based care. This role emphasizes best practices and exceptional customer service within acute care settings including emergency departments, medical and surgical units, intensive care, pediatric, and perioperative areas.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Apply clinical expertise and technical knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care and make appropriate patient assignments based on acuity and nurse skill level.

Education and Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent experience with at least five years in acute care if from a non-accredited program.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or required within five years of hire; enrollment in an accelerated MSN program is acceptable.
• Completion and maintenance of area-specific certifications such as ACLS, BLS, PALS, or specialty certifications as required.

Licensure and Certifications:

• Current active Registered Nurse license in the applicable state.
